Whereas the following Application for settlement of land Boundaries have been field with me, to wit.
1. Application of Sylvester Cullen for Settlement of boundaries of the Ili of Poea in Waiohale [Waiahole], Koolaupoko, island of Oahu.
2. Application of Dr. E. Hoffmann for settlement of the Boundaries of a portion of the Ili of Kalawahine in Nuuanu Valley, Honolulu, Oahu;
3. Application of Afong for settlement of the Boundaries of a portion of the Ili of Kalawahine in Nuuanu Valley, Honolulu, Oahu;
4. Application of A.F. Judd for settlement of the Boundaries of a portion of the Ili of Waikahalulu in Nuuanu Valley, Honolulu, Oahu;

North 33° 20' West (true) 23.8 feet along Afong's lot;
North 48° 30' East (true) 39.6 feet along Afong's lot;
North 42° 20' West (true) 173.5 feet along Royal Patent No. 2086;
South 41° 32' West (true) 91.0 feet along Nuuanu Street to point of beginning,
Area 16072 square feet = 0.37 Acre according with Government Survey 1872.
