Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I hereby tell of my land claim at Kaluakau in Waikiki. I have three lo`i which I got at the time when Kekauluohi was living; it was Kalole who gave me this place, and I have held it peacefully with no objections. I also have a house lot at Waikiki also given to me by Kalole when Kekauluohi was living.

Furthermore, I have a claim for my (1) small lo`i ....

Kailimai's land is from Kaiole and Kaiole's interest had been from Kanaina at the time Kekauluohi had died in the year 1845 and he has lived there to this day in peace. Kanaina is the konohiki of this land. He shall be summoned as a witness.
