By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that It has this day granted and confirmed unto Eben P. Low, for the consideration of Two Hundred and ninety & 25/100 Dollars ($290. 25/100) paid into the Treasury. And for the further consideration of his having complied with the terms and conditions in Agreement of Sale dated June 1ar A.D. 1898, all that piece of land situate at Puuanahulu, in the District of North Kona, Island of Hawaii, and described as follows:
Lots Nos 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26, Public Lands Map No. 19
Lot No. 22
Beginning at the East angle of this lot, the coordinates of which point refered [sic] to the Government Survey Reference Station “Kaipohaku” are
North 2368.3 feet, East 1212.0 feet the boundaries runs by the true meridian:
1. South 40° 49' West 591 feet along lot #21 & South edge road reserve;
2. South 46° 53' West 141 feet along lot #21 & South edge road reserve;
3. South 59° 03' West 125 feet ....
