On Right of Purchase Lease under Part VII of the Land Act of 1895.
By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in Conformity with the Laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto Maria Flores Bento for the consideration of Two Hundred & Seventy-five Dollars, $275.00 paid into the Treasury. And for the further consideration of her having complied with the terms and conditions of Part VII of the Land Act of 1895, all of the land situate at HONOMU, in the District of HILO, Island of HAWAII, bounded and described as follows:
Right of Purchase Lease No. 598.
Lot No. 4, Registered Map No. 2296, First Land District
Beginning at a post marking the Southeast angle of this lot, at the North edge of Roadway, the coordinates of said point referred to Government Survey Trig. Station "Kauku " being 5109.3 feet North and 1225.2 feet West, as shown on Government Survey Registered Map No. 2296, and running by true azimuths:
1. 171° 49' 1515.9 feet along Lot 3 to post marking the Northeast angle at South edge of 100 foot width Forest Reserve, along the top edge of pali of Kolekole Gulch;
2. 48° 03' 935.9 feet along South edge of said reserve;
3. 65° 35' 649.0 feet along same;
4. 83° 13' 30” 351.9 feet along same to post marking the Northeast angle of Lot 5;
5. 320° 55' 121.3 feet along Lot 5;
6. 350° 17' 307.0 feet along same;
7. 290° 59' 346.5 feet along North side of 56 foot roadway bordering this lot;
8. 240° 41' 234.5 feet along same;
