Royal Patent Upon Confirmation by the Land Commission

Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to quiet Land Titles have by their decision awarded unto A. Keohokalole, L.C. Award 8452. An estate of  Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the land hereafter described, and whereas proper application having been made by His Excellency, Jno O. Dominis for Her Royal Highness, Liliuokalani, the present owner of said land to the Minister of Interior for a Royal Patent on the within described land, a certificate defining the boundaries of the same having been filed and the Government Commutation thereon being relinquished by Order of the Privy Council during the Reign of Kamehameha III.
