.... y the last witness includes on [sic?] the land for cultivation. Claimant's house lot is near the seaside in the Ili "Kionawawana." It is not enclosed. Claimant received the land from my father (hanai) in the lifetime of Kaahumanu. No one disputes this claim to my knowledge.
