F.T. 274v3
Cl. 575, Charles Brewer

S. Reynolds, sworn, I know this lot. It is at the corner of Beretane St. and Fort St., Honolulu. C. Brewer bought it from Captain Gorham H. Nye between 1831 & 1833, and has had peaceeable possession of it ever since.

N.T. 605v3
No. 575, Charles Brewer & Co., March 28. 1850

S. Reynolds, sworn, I have seen his place at Keopuana in Honolulu here.

He had lived there before the year 1836 and the place had been from C. Nye, given between 1831-1833 probably, and he has lived there since to the present time. No one has objected.
