Kamehameha III, By the grace of God, King of the Hawaiian Islands, by this His Royal Patent, makes known unto all men, that he has for himself and his successors in office, this day granted and given, absolutely, in Fee Simple unto J.P. Parker, Jr. and Ebenezer Parker, his faithful and loyally disposed subject for the consideration of One hundred and ninety dollars $190, paid into the Royal Exchequer, all that certain piece of land, situated at Waikoloa 1st Hamakua, in the Island of Hawaii, and described as follows:

Commencing at a point on the seacoast, perpendicularly below the mouth of the ravine dividing Waikoloa and Waialeale and running Westward 360 feet along high watermark.  Thence along the boundary of Waikoloa 2 as follows:
