Bolte for the consideration of Four Hundred and Eighty Dollars ($480 00/100) paid into the Treasury And for the further consideration of his having complied with the terms and conditions in Agreement of Sale, dated March 6th 1897, all that piece of land situate at Paauilo, in the District of Hamakua, I ....
