By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto Charles M. Cooke, Limited, an Hawaiian Corporation and Juliette M. Atherton, wife of J.B. Atherton, of Honolulu, Oahu, Territory of Hawaii.
for the consideration of One Dollars, $1.00 paid into the Territory
