Commencing at North West corner of this lot 1 chain 54 links Easterly from intersection of Cross Street by Mr French's with Beritania Street and running
South 40° 45' East 1 Chain 95 links along Beritania Street to North West corner of Kailiwai's lot, thence
South 53° West 1 Chain 36 links along boundary line between lot measured and Kailiwai's lot, to 1 1/2 links East of Ea ....
