Upon Confirmation of the Land Commission

Whereas, the Board of Commissioners to Quiet Land titles have by their decision awarded unto Robert W. Woods, an estate of Freehold less than Allodial, in and to the land hereafter described, and whereas the said Robert W. Wood has commuted the said Estate as awarded, for a Fee Simple in accordance with the Laws.

Therefore, Kamehameha, by the Grace of God, King of the Hawaiian Islands by this Royal Patent, makes known unto all men, that he has, for himself and his successors in office, this day granted and given Absolutely, in Fee Simple, unto the said Robert W. Wood for the consideration of Seventy-five dollars paid unto the Royal Exchequer all that certain piece of land situate at Honolulu in the Island of Oahu, and described in surveyed boundaries, as follows:

Commencing at extreme East corner of this place, joining the Joe Dollar (J. Bedford) place on mauka & Kaunuohua's house lot on Southeast of this, and running North 51° 30' West 36 feet along the Joe Dollar place to point 4 7/12 feet makai of west corner of cook house (JD); Thence
North 58° 15' West 37 7/12 feet along the Peter Anderson place to corner; Thence
South 45° 15' West 37 7/12 along the Peter Anderson place to corner of (where was) mud wall; Thence
North 52° 15' West 44 3/12 feet along makai side of P. Anderson place to wall (including it) running across end of alley leading from Robert Davies place ....
