The undersigned respectfully represents that the Catholic Mission is owning several lands in this Island, as Waikahiula Ahupuaa in Puna, Kanahonua in Hamakua, Puaa in Kona Akau, and some others in Kona Hema, whose names I now forget.
Your petitioner respectfully asks that the boundaries of said lands, as above mentioned may be ascertained, decided and certified to by Your Honor, the Commissioner.
