Halehiwa and from thence to the Roman Catholic Church, passing on the mauka side of it to a wall; thence mauka along the wall to a corner of the pond, said corner being on the Waipio side; thence a short distance mauka and the boundary turns towards Kohala and runs to Kumukoa, a place at the foot of the pali; thence up the pali; following the road called Keanaholua to the top of the pali; thence along the brow to Konaiki from this place the boundary runs direct to Pokahi gulch, thence it turns makai along the bottom of the gulch bounded by Laupahoehoeiki; to the top of Pae falls; thence along the pali to an ahu at Kanepohaku, a place at the bottom of the pali, at the sea shore; thence along the outer edge of the breakers to the stream in Waimanu Valley.
Cross-examined

Hihipa, kane, stated, There is a lele of Kekalani called Kauhale Pea. There are some kipi and kula in it. The nanaku or rushes on the mauka side is the boundary of it and the rushes on the makai side, and all around it and the dry land in the center is a part of Kekalani. It is on the Hilo side of the stream and Kekalani fish pond is on the Kohala side.

I forgot to tell you about this place when I was giving my evidence last night.

Decision
Boundaries of Kekalani decided to be as given in the testimony of Hihipa kane and Nauhanelua kane (notes of survey to be filed) marks to be erected, previous to Certificate of Boundaries being issued.
