The Ahupuaa of Waiomao, District of Kau, Island of Hawaii 3d Judicial Circuit

On this 14th day of October A.D. 1873 the Commission of Boundaries for the Island of Hawaii 3d Judicial Circuit met at the house of W.T. Martin at Waiohinu Kau on the application of L.R. Macomber for the settlement of the boundaries of Waiomao, in the District of Kau, Hawaii. Due notice personally served on owners or Agents of adjoining lands as far as known. Present: J.P. Hoapili for Her Excellency, R. Keelikolani. J. Kauhane for the Hawaiian Government.

To the Honorable R.A. Lyman, Commissioner of Boundaries for the Third Judicial Circuit
Sir:
The undersigned would respectfully represent to you, that he is the owner of a portion of the land of Waiomao situated in the District of Kau, Island of Hawaii. That the said land or ahupuaa of Waiomao was originally awarded to Kealohiaae by the "Buke Mahele" on page 139 as recorded in the office of the Minister of Interior of the Hawaiian Islands, and that the Boundaries of said land have never been described or defined by Royal Patent, Land Commission award, or by deed from the King. That the said land is within the jurisdiction of the Honorable Commissioner of Boundaries for the Third Judicial Circuit, and the lands adjoining the said land of Waiomao, and the owners of the same, as far as known, to your petitioner are as follows; to wit;
