May it please your Honor to set a day for the hearing and deciding of the Boundaries of the following lands belonging to Her Highness, Emma Leleolani [Kaleleonalani], Queen Dowager, viz.

Kawaihae Hikina in South Kohala
Waiaka 1st (Ili of Waimea), South Kohala
Waiaha 2d, North Kona
Pahoehoe & Konawahi, North Kona
Kahului, North Kona
Kalama, South Kona
Kamoamoa, Puna
Kuikuihala, Puna
Waikahekahe 2d, Puna
Kaupo, South Kohala

And your petitioners, as in duty bound, will ever pray, &c.

.... a 2d is bounded on the North side by Waiaha 1st. Saw Fuller survey Waiaha 1st from the shore to Maiahuna; the mauka end of it. Kahalui 1st bounds Waiaha 2d on the South side. A place called Pamakani is the mauka corner of Kapae's land. It is a resting place; thence to Papalanui, between Kahului, Aupuni, and Waiaha 2d; thence to Makaihuliwaa, an old resting place; thence to Popoula, the mauka corner of Kahului 1st from thence the boundary turns and Waiaha is cut off by Puaa to Maiahuna.
