To the Honorable Rufus A. Lyman, Commissioner of boundaries for the Island of Hawaii, Hawaiian Islands

The Undersigned respectfully represents that he is the owner of the following named lands situated on the Island of Hawaii, Hawaiian islands aforesaid, belonging to the Estate of the late Queen Dowager Kalama, deceased and awarded to her by Land Commission Award No. 4452, from Whom the Undersigned applicant inherited the same, to wit:

1. the Ahupuaa "Waipio, in the District of Hamakua (Apana 5 of said award)
2. Kalahuipuaa, an Ili of Waimea, in the District of Kohala (Apana 3 of said award)
3. Anaehoomalu, an Ili of Waimea in the District of Kohala (Apana 4 of said Award)
4. The Ahupuaa of Kapalaalaea, in the District of North Kona (Apana 2 of said award) and
5. Kalamakumu, an Ili of Napoopoo in the District of South Kona. This land having been patented to the undersigned applicant by ....

.... ns towards Kona, and just before you get to the place where you can see the trees on the shore at Kalahiupuaa coming from Kona towards Kawaihae; Anaehoomalu being on the Kona side, thence along Waikaloa, the boundary running along the Government road to the junction of the new road; thence the boundary runs makai along the line of the old road, along Waikaloa to Milokukahi; thence makai along the boundary of Waimea kai to a place called Waimaa to Keahaha, a cave, mauka of the Government road; thence to Pohakupuka, a large rock in the sea with holes through it.
Ancient fishing rights extending out to sea.

Decision
Boundaries decided to be as given in certificates of boundaries of Waimea Kai and Waikoloa, and evidence of the above witnesses on this land and Anaehoomalu. Folio 386 and 387.
