Note: Royal Patent No. 2036 Beniamina Alae 1st and Alae 2d, South Kona filed. Covering land applied from shore to new mauka Government road.

Testimony
Hoolau, kane, sworn (same witness as on Alae 2d), Alae 1st follows up from the mauka corner of Beniamina's land to the awaawa in the woods; thence along the awaawa to the koa, where it is cut off by Honokua and Alae 2d.
Cross-examined.

Moha, kane, sworn (same witness as on Alae 2d), I do not know about the boundaries of Alae 1st but I have heard that it runs up to the koa and is there cut off by Honokua and Alae 2d. This is all I know.
