.... hence to Palua, an Ahupuaa, at the Government road. [page 205] thence to Kumupapala, a kihapai. This is as far as I know the boundaries on that side.

On the Opihale side I know the boundaries from shore to the mauka corner of lands sold, but I do not know where it ends.
Cross-examined.

Kapule, Wahine, sworn, I was born on Olelomoana at the time of Kiholo; now live at Alae. I lived on Olelomoana till after the time of the small pox, then moved to Alae. I am a kamaaina of the land. My parents told me the boundaries. Opihale 1st bounds it on the South side. The boundary at shore between Olelomoana 2d nui and Olelomana 1st iki is Kahiahee; there is an awaawa at the right side of it; thence up the awaawa to Kauhiuli; thence up the awaawa to Pahoa passing on the North side of Puulehu; thence to Kumupapala; thence to Papai, passing through the middle of it. The old people told me that Kapapala of Kau and Keauhou of Kona cut all the lands off above the woods. The boundary at shore between Opihale and Olelomoana 2d nui at Kukulu; thence mauka to Kapakoholua; thence along awaawa to Kahuwale; thence to Mawae; thence to Wahaulane and from thence to Paa. From Paa I do not know the boundaries. I can point out the boundaries from woods to shore. Bounded makai by the sea. Ancient fishing rights extending out to sea.
Cross-examined.

Case continued till further notice to all parties interested.
R.A. Lyman, Commissioner of Boundaries, 3d Judicial Circuit
