The Eastern boundary of this land commences at a point on the sea shore at a sand stone rock on the west side of Kukuiula harbour and runs thence

North 28° 0 West 2648 links to a red hill to the west of Aepo Stream; thence
North 20° 12 West 7275 links to a stone let into the ground, on the south side of a large hole called Kapeleula; thence
North 28° 43' West 1516 links to an iron bolt let into the ground in a hole close to aroad; thence North 0° 13' west 700 links to a hole at Puuakamailii;
North 20° 35' West 450 links to a hole at Namahana;
North 0° 1 West 1840 links to a gully and over a ridge to a hole on side of hill, a trench [page 41] [diagram: 3 petals of 2 up and 1 down ]' thus

North 17° 30' East 103.00 links to Puukolo, the water shed of the ridge being the boundary between this land and Koloa; thence following along the water shed of ridge, in a northwest direction to Kalualea gap, the north corner of this land and containing and [sic] area of 3 acres, at mostly all the places stationson the survey three stones have been let into the ground [3 stones forming triangle] or trenches cut [diagram 3 petals]; the bearings herein recorded are 8° 31' East of true North.
I hereby certify this to be a correct survey of this land as Decided by the Commissioner of Boundaries
