In the Matter of the Application of Her Majesty, Queen Emma, for the Settlement of the Boundaries of “Kaluaokau” situated at Waikiki, Island of Oahu, Land Commission Award 8559B, as Apana 31 [to W.C. Lunalilo] that the boundaries of said land have not been settled or determined according to law.
Wherefore your petitioner prays that the boundaries of said land may be determined so by the statute in such case made and provided. And that all parties owning lands adjoining thereto may appear and show cause why the said boundaries shall not be settled, and to that end and purpose prays that a day may be set to hear and determine such boundaries and notice be given to all persons interested of the time and place of such hearing according to law.
And your petitioner will every pray &c.
