North 48°45' West 1558 feet along Kaunala to the Sea shore; thence along the sea shore in a Northeasterly direction to the point of beginning and containing an area exclusive of part of the land of Pahipahialua hereafter described, as per said lease of Kamehameha III, of 733 1/3 acres.
The aforesaid excluded part of Pahipahialua, lying within and entirely surrounded by Waialee is described in the award of the Commissioner of Boundaries, for Pahipahialua, as Part II
Commencing on North East corner of this lot on a stone wall 20 feet from makai corner thereof to boundary, runs
South 35° 10' West 496 feet; thence
South 46° 19' West 284 feet; thence
South 35° 00' East 297 feet, thence
North 56° 20' East 167 feet, thence
South 63° 20' East 1084 feet, thence
North 14° 13' West 189 feet, thence
North 34° 44' West 1045 feet to division in Kalo land;
North 31° 54' West 195 feet;
North 53° 24' West 54 feet to commencement, bounded on all sides by Waialee and containing 14 acres.
