In the matter of the settlement of the Boundaries of the Land of Palaau, Island of Molokai.
Application made by Commissioner of Crown Lands
Mr. R. W. Meyer for Honorable C.R. Bishop, Mrs. B.P. Bishop, and himself, and M.D. Monsarrat for the Hawaiian Government respectively, and having filed their Authorization to act in the premises, the following were agreed to be Boundaries of this land, and in accordance with the agreement and their [sic there] being no other parties of interest, it is decreed the Boundaries of said land of Palaau, Island of Molokai, are as follows:
Apana 1
Commencing on the sea beach at a rock marked with a cross at point joining Grant 2709 to Kaalelea, Apana 4, and Land commission Award 7755 to Kaluaokamano; from which rock the Government Survey Station on Puu Iloli bears North 88° 32' West true and on Puu o Kahanui North 64° 25' East true and running:
1. North 39° 49' East true 3046 feet along Land Commission Award 7755 to Kaluaokamano to a rock marked with a cross, a little makai of trail;
2. North 69° 21 East true 913.4 feet along Land Commission Award 7755 to rock marked thus [right arrow];
3. North 56° 2' East true 1338.5 feet along Land Commission Award 7755 to rock marked thus [right arrow] on side of gulch;
4. South 68° 20' West true 1297 feet along Naiwa to rock marked with a cross;
5. North 77° 48' East true 1779 feet along Naiwa to a rock marked with a cross;
6. North 51° 16' West true 543 feet along Naiwa to a rock marked thus [right arrow];
7. North 78° 47' West true 981 feet along Naiwa passing along mauka edge of taro patches to a rock marked with a cross near a stone wall;
8. North 72° 53' West true 1715 feet along Naiwa to a large rock marked with a cross at junction of Palaau, Naiwa, Hoolehua and Grant 3146 to C.R. Bishop;
