In the matter of the settlement of the boundaries of the Land of Puelelu, Island of Molokai.

Honolulu, September 27th 1902

Proper application having been made to me August 12th 1902 by J.O. Carter, Attorney in fact for her Majesty, Liliuokalani for the settlement of the boundaries of the land of Puelelu, Island of Molokai.

After due notice in the P.C. Advertiser and Kuokoa newspapers and also notice in writing as far as known to the adjoining owners.

Hearing at Honolulu, September 27, 1902 at 10 a.m.

J.O. Carter appears for Her Majesty, Liliuokalani.

J.O. Carter filed a map and notes of survey of the land of Puelelu made by M.D. Monsarrat, surveyor and asked to have the boundaries settled according to said map a ....

20. South 22° 27' East true 88.4 feet along same across Government road to a cross on a stone at sea. From this stone the Government Survey Station Honomuni bears South 45° 51' West true and Puu Mano station North 64° 21' West true: Thence
South 48° 59' West true 940 feet along sea coast to initial point.
