Kamehameha III., By the grace of God, King of the Hawaiian Islands, by this His Royal Patent, makes known unto all men, that he has for himself and his successors in office, this day granted and given, absolutely, in Fee Simple unto Orramel H. Gulick, his faithful and loyally disposed subject for the consideration of Eighty one dollars ($81.00), paid into the Royal Exchequer, all that certain piece of Land, situated at Kaamola 1, 2, 3, & 4, in the Island of Molokai, and described as follows:
Commencing at the South West corner on this land, at the intersection with Kaamola 5 and the road at the foot of the mountain, and running up the mountain as follows;
North 22° 4' West 71 chains 80 links along Kaamola; Thence
North 29° 30' West 21 chains 76 links along Kaamola. Thence running down the mountain along the valley as follows;
South 77° East 4 chains 40 links
South 60° 30' East 11 chains 40 links
South 61° 22' East 13 chains 10 links
South 54° 43' East 36 chains 60 links
South 73° 45' East 2 chains 80 links
South 8° East 8 chains
