Liliuokalani, By the Grace of God, Queen of the Hawaiian Islands, By this Her Royal Patent makes known to all men, that She hath for herself, her heirs and successors, this day granted and given unto, for the consideration of, paid into the Royal Exchequer, all that piece of Land situate at, in the Island of, and described as follows:

Whereas, by an Act entitled: An Act Authorizing the Minister of the Interior to issue Royal Patents (Grants) for certain for certain lands named in the Mahele of 1848 which may have reverted to the Government under the Act of 1860 and not disposed of by the Government in the meantime, approved on the 16th day of December A.D. 1892 and whereas proper application having been made by L.R. Macomber that a Royal Patent (Grant) be issued to Kealohaai for the land of Waiomao in the District of Kau, Island of Hawaii the said Kealohaai being the Konohiki of said land named in the Mahele of 1848 on file in the Interior Office [?and] Whereas a certifi[c ....
