By this its Patent the Government of the Republic of Hawaii makes known to all men that It has this day granted and confirmed unto The Kanekoa Coffee Company Limited, a Corporation duly Incorporated under the Laws of the Hawaiian Islands for the consideration of Eight Hundred and Seventy four 12/100 ($874.82/100) Dollars paid into the Exchequer and for the further consideration of his having complied with the terms and conditions of Part IX of the Land Act of 1895, all of land situate at Olaa ....
