By this its Patent the Government of the Republic of Hawaii makes known to all men that It has this day granted and confirmed unto J.C. Strow for the consideration of Three Hundred and Seventy ($370 00/x) Dollars paid into the Exchequer, and for the further consideration of his having complied with the terms and conditions in Agreement of Sale, dated February 13, 1895, all that piece of land situate at Laupahoehoe, in the District of Hilo, Island of Hawaii and described as follows:
