By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that It has this day granted and confirmed unto George Osborne for the consideration of Seven Hundred and Seventy-four 40/100 Dollars ($774 40/100) paid into the Treasury. And for the further consideration of his having complied with the terms and conditions in Agreement of Sale Dated December 9th 1897, all that piece of land situate at Niupea, in the District of Hamakua, Island of Hawaii, and described as follows:
