By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto Charles W. Booth for the consideration of one Dollars $1.00, paid into the Treasury. And for the further consideration of a deed to the Government of the Territory of Hawaii of land situate at Waikiki, Island of ....
