By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in Conformity with the Laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto Bernhard Rudolf Banning for the consideration of One Dollars, $1 00 paid into the Treasury. And for the further consideration of a Warranty Deed to the Government of the Territory of Hawaii of 188530 Square feet of land Situate at Waikoae, Kalihi Oahu, being a portion of the land described in Royal Patent 2388, Land Commission Award 591, [insert] Apana 3 [initials (s) J.W.P.] to John Meek, (said land being required for Educational purposes0, the ....
