By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto H.P. BALDWIN for the consideration of Seven Hundred and Seventy-one 000/100 Dollars, $771 00/100, paid into the Treasury. And in conformity with Part IV, Section 17 of the Land Act of 1895, all of land situate at HANEHOI, in the District of HAMAKUALOA, Island of MAUI is bounded and described as follows:
