On RIGHT OF PURCHASE LEASE UNDER PART VII OF THE LAND ACT OF 1895

By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto ERNEST K. KANEHAILUA for the consideration of SEVENTY FIVE Dollars $75.00, paid into the Treasury, And for the further consideration of her having complied with the terms and conditions of Part VII of the Land Act of 1895, and Section 420 et seq. of the Revised Laws of 1915, and in pursuance of Right of Purchase Lease No. 177, all of land situate at PU ....

.... e land in question exceeds eighty acres: Provided, That these prohibitions shall not apply to transfers or acquisitions by inheritance or between tenants in common. Any land in respect of which any of the foregoing provisions shall be violated shall forthwith be forfeited and resume the ejectment other appropriate proceedings."
