By this Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the provisions of Section 73 of the Organic Act of the Territory of Hawaii, as amended by an Act of Congress approved May 27, 1910, and in pursuance of the provisions of Section 342 and 358 of the Revised Laws of Hawaii of 1915, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto K. Kimata, for the consideration of Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-five Dollars, $4995.00, paid into the Treasury, all of the land situate at Hanapepe Town Lots in the District of Waimea, Kona, Island of Kauai, bounded and described as follows:
