By This Patent the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii, in conformity with the laws of the United States of America  and of the Territory of Hawaii, makes known to all men that he has this day granted and confirmed unto The Lihue Plantation Company, Limited, an Hawaiian Corporation for the consideration of the conveyance to the Territory of Hawaii the same being mentioned and more particularly described in a Deed from the said Lihue Plantation Company, Limited, to the Territory dated the 23rd day of February, A.D. 1922, and required by the Territory directly for public use,, to wit; for ....
