Z. Kaauwai, sworn, After the death of Keaniani, Kamoonohu (plural) filed a suit with the governor with an objection for the heir of Keaniani. On April 6, 1847 the governor, M. Kekuanaoa, passed the verdict that Kalaimamalu, Keaniani's son, is the heir; he and no other person would inherit Keaniani's entire estate. Kalaimamalu's servant now lives there.
