I have petitioned because we have a houselot in the name of B. Mahune. 1. Garden. 2. Place to grind cane. 3. Well. 4. Hale lua /sepulchre?/. We lived here in Wailuku in 1840 and got this place from the Mo`i and have it till now.

Z. Kaawwai, sworn, I know his taro land in the `Ili of Mokuhau, one mo`o, in Wailuku. It was from Kuapahoa in 1844. There is no opposition and the po`alima is separate.

Makai by government road
Maalaea by Wailuku stream.
