Kekane, sworn, testified that claimant occupies five sections of land in Ili Kahekaapuhi, Ahupuaa Kukuiwaluhia which are thus bounded:

1. Section:
South by land held by Nakaikuahine
West, North & East by waste land.
Said section consists of three wet kalo patches, partly cultivated. No house on premises.

2nd Section:
South by land held by Ki
West and East by waste land
North by land held by Nakaikuahine.
