Greetings to the Land Commissioners on the island of Oahu. I, Ielemia, am a claimant of a house lot at Hanalei, which I have occupied from the time of Makulu until the present, and I believe that this is my house lot. It is 4 chains long by 1 chain wide, the circumference is 16 chains. On the north is the pond of Kanoa, on the east is the lot of Kaunahi, on the south is the Horse Gate, on the west is Kakalau.

Jeremia has some other land in Waioli and he has given land to the custodian, of an old land but he has left the land. Now Jeremia is asking for this land because the Konohiki had taken it by force.
