To the Honorable Land Commissioners of the Hawaiian Islands: I, Kealoha, have an 'Ili in the Ahupua'a of Hauula. It is bounded on the north by the seashore, on the east is for Kamoliilii, on the south is for the konohiki and Kawahineai, on the west is Naliilii's land.

.... aloha. The 2 patches have been left uncultivated since before the death of Kealoha in 1848.

Kalua was the wife of Kealoha, and is now married to Kawahine.

The King's Land Agent objected to the second piece of two patches, on the ground that it had been abandoned.
