Be it known to you, the Land Commissioners, that I have a claim for land in the Ahupua'a of Kapuka. The mo'o is Kukuakua and I have two lo'i in it, bounded on the north by Kane's lo'i, on the east by Nakuina's lo'i, on the south by the mo'o of Kalukunanui, ....

.... . Kalaauiki died in 1848, leaving his property to his son-in-Law, Naue, who now claims the land.

Kaue, sworn, says he knows the land of claimant. It is as set forth by the last witness, whose testimony he fully confirms.

Paehewa, Agent of the Konohiki, had no objections to make to this claim.
