Lease of Land
We, Kamehameha III and Kekauluohi hereby lease to Charles Titcomb a certain piece of land in Hanalei bounded as follows: beginning at the mouth of the river Waiaula and running southward 236 fathoms, to a large Crook in the River, and then running in a straight line to a space of the Mountain called Puoniauiho, which is the S.W. Corner. From said corner running eastward to Laemaka and thence onward to a low mound called Aemaka ....
