Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I hereby tell you of my claims to house lots at Lahaina at Kanauapuaa on the makai side of the Government road. It was idle land and thru my work and hiring /of workers/ I built a house. No one objected until this time when I am telling you. This land is my own. This is the lot which adjoins (John D.) Keoni Kosina, carpenter.

House lot 2. This lot adjoins the Hale Piula on one side and the lot of Keoni Ana on one side. One right to this place is from Hoapili and also from Kaleokekoi, and one rightalso was from the `li`i.
