Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I, Kuheleloa, in the Ahupua`a of Kamalo on the Island of Molokai, have a lihi 'aina *, an `ili in the Ahupua`a of Kamalo. It is taro land and is as far as to the sweet potato kula. There are three witnesses. The haku'aina from whom I received this land was Kalohi. Kalohi was dispossessed and it passed to Akaa. When Akaa died, it passed to Kalahohina. I have held my land through three haku'aina.

From the sweet potato kula to the taro - here are the fathoms of the place I measured at a suitable place /for measuring/. It is 137 fathoms - however I do not know all of it. My explanation to you, the Commissioners to Quiet Land Titles, ....

Decision was made between the two sides that one acre of the kula land would be taken off for the Konohiki, leaving 3 acres or more of the kula for Kuheleloa

This was at the time Hikikoke and group was living in Molokai here in 1832.
