The Land Commissioners, greetings: I, Pepee, a Hawaiian subject living at Waioli on the island of Kauai, hereby state my claim for land to you. I have one lo`i which I received from Daniela Oleloa. This is the fifth year. Above is the description of my lo`i, that is the Lo`i 1. It is my only lo`i and there is also my house lot. It is 6 fathoms by 6 fathoms. All the fathoms of that lot are 29 /sic/.
