I, the one whose name is below, hereby explain to you, the Commissioners to Quiet Land Titles, my claim in the mo`o of Mookahi, in the `ili of Kuele, Ahupua`a of Kupeke. My land is bounded mauka by Moomuku, the `ili of Kakae, Makai by Kahoana, the `ili for Kanakokai. The konohiki who gave me this land is Kahaolekaukau and I have occupied it for 3 years. Therefore, if this claim is found valid, kindly award it to me.
