Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I hereby state that the Ahupua`a of Kaapuna, in Kona, Hawaii, is my share from the Mo`i, separate from his.

Also, in Lahaina, Maui, are four lo`i and a place suitable for making into lo`i. A cultivated kula and a breadfruit tree are at Polapola, an `ili in Lahaina, and also, at Polanui is a lot with 12 lo`i, a kula for planting potatoes, two mo`o for planting bananas, three coconut trees and two breadfruit trees.

Keaweluaole, sworn, I know the house lot of the claimant in "Kelelani," Lahaina and his lands in Bolabola, Lahaina, consisting of 4 lois and a cultivated field. There are all I know.

The claimant received these lands from Kekauonohi at the time they were building ....
