Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I, Nahau, hereby state my lot claim. On the north it is 16 fathoms, on the east, adjoining the lot of Nauwe, it is 13 fathoms, on the south, 20 fathoms, on the west, 10 fathoms and a yard. The long sides are on the north and south and the short sides are east and west. Here is my claim for a kihapai on the kula, 20 fathoms on the east, 51 fathoms on the south, adjoining Nauwe's kihapai, 20 fathoms on the west, adjoining Ku's kihapai, 51 fathoms. Another one is 24 fathoms by 21 fathoms, and another also is 24 fathoms by 21 fathoms, another is 51 fathoms by 21 fathoms, and another is 90 fathoms ....
