Greetings to the Land Commissioners: I hereby explain my land claim at Kapoaula. The konohiki is Kapau. I, Nahao, am under him. The one who has the care of the land has given me one `ili, named Kapohakuna. My lot is a square, 60 by 60. There are 10 mala of vegetable food, 1 mala of wauke, 1 of coffee, 2 of lauhala, 2 orange trees, 1 mala of bananas, 2 bamboo clumps.
