I, the one whose name is below, hereby state to you, the Commissioners to Quiet Land Titles, that I have a claim, as head of the `ili of Kiao, named Puipuione, in Waikolu, Island of Molokai. They are described as follows:

1. 'Ili of Kiao. 1. 'Ili of Leponui. The length is 74 feet on the north, both sides equal, the width is 41 feet on the east, both sides equal. 3. Claim.
